Good Busy is a Skill

Nothing gets done without being busy. Being busy is in our nature, but good busy is a skill.

We didn’t come up with that. Kate Sotsenko of TheGoodBusy.com did, and honestly, we’re a little annoyed we didn’t think of it first.

As we tumble towards year-end, the smartest thing you can do now isn’t to do more, but to do the right things. AI can optimise your calendar, automate your admin, and write your email replies, but it cannot set your boundaries or decide when you’ve had enough.

That part is still gloriously human.

Only you can decide what’s worth doing, what isn’t, and what can wait until January when everyone’s pretending to be a new person.

That’s the epitome of good busy. And it’s a skill worth practising before 2027 arrives.

When you need a place to think, decide, and actually get the right things done, our coworking spaces are dotted around Cape Town. They’re easy to reach, and staffed by real humans who are genuinely happy to help. No chatbot in sight.

Come join us!

The sun always shines at Claremont

The sun always shines at Claremont

Summer is knocking at our doors, and our Claremont patio is basically begging you to get out into the sun. We currently have member openings available, so get in touch with our team and come through to our flagship space overlooking the historic Villagers Rugby Club.

We’re not all about work

We’re not all about work

Work is great. We love work. But we also love a good time. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming partnership events at The Drama Factory in Somerset West. This past month, we hosted classical pianist Lucas Marques, and the Nebula Trio: Louisa Theart, Férrol-Jon Davids, and Jana Smit. Watch this space…

World Boss Day… yes, it’s a thing

World Boss Day… yes, it’s a thing

Behind every humming office, there are several individuals holding it all together. This month we tipped our hats to Chris, Colman, and Louis for the ideas, the decisions, the problem-solving, and, most crucially, the laughs. We see you. We appreciate you. P.S. Please keep the snacks and coffee well-stocked.
